Full-Service Contract Manufacturing

Talon offers in-house, turnkey contract manufacturing for companies who value quality, experience, and precision for their large projects.

Innovative Companies Trust Talon

Moving from prototype to mass production can be challenging. Even if you have a well-designed product with simple circuitry and minimal moving parts, it still must be engineered, fabricated, assembled, inspected, tested, and shipped to customers. The dilemma arises as to whether to bring your own products to market or to outsource manufacturing.

Many companies find manufacturing their own products inefficient because they lack or do not desire to maintain the facility space, equipment, and skilled labor required to deliver. They know when they focus on their core competencies, they can simplify operations and maximize return.

Others who choose to contract out their manufacturing want to optimize efficiencies and streamline operations, but many manufacturers provide limited services. Companies are forced to outsource different project phases to different manufacturers, consuming precious time and budget.

That’s where Talon comes in. Companies from all over the country depend on Talon contract manufacturing to get their jobs done efficiently and with precision. From concept to shipment of the final product, you can trust Talon to manufacture, assemble, and finish exactly what you want in one place so you can more easily and cost-effectively deliver high-quality products at scale to your end customers.

Talon delivers, from concept to shipment

How Talon Contract Manufacturing Works

When you partner with Talon, you get to leverage our experience to save money on keeping the same skills and equipment in-house. Most customers provide us with a 3D solid model or engineering drawing, but we can also bring in our own master engineers to help design the part or product you require.

From there, your project moves to our cost estimators who determine which of our work centers need to be involved so they can estimate costs. We then present you with a quote, and once we receive a purchase order, we will produce your product and drop ship it wherever you need it to go.

The turnaround time will depend the scope of your project and whether you require our engineering expertise involved or not. A typical metal fabrication project, for example, may take as little as 48 hours for us to provide a cost quote. Once we receive the PO, we would deliver your finished product in a matter of weeks. A simpler powder-coat painting project, on the other hand, may take even less time to complete.

Talon Equipment

Precision sheet metal fabrication, assembly, and finishing require state-of-the-art equipment and skilled talent. At Talon, we continually reinvest in our manufacturing floor and people to ensure we have everything we need to consistently deliver the highest-quality products for our clients.
